PS框架式通用控制柜工艺特点介绍
1、柜门离地25mm、2.5mm厚的安装板，两边有20mm宽的U形弯边，使得安装板强度更大，也便于
搬运。
2、箱底三块电缆导入盖板，可以相互替换，移动方便，易于导入电缆，易于开孔进线。
3、箱门上有接地螺栓5、承重铰链安装容易，换柜门也容易。柜门可开启130°。
4、塑料滑引器可利用塑料滑引器通过导轨，可从柜体正面将安装板推入柜内7、坚固的长方形框架不但可以加强前门的强度，还可以用来固定安装电器元件（配合门安装横条使用）。
5、背板能很容易地安装，用螺丝固定；还可换装柜门。
6、标配MS821锁，上、中、下三点锁紧柜门。
7、密封圈：聚氨脂发泡密封胶条，确保防护等级。
8、柜门框处增加防水边与柜门密封圈配合防止水和灰尘落入柜内。
